HISTORY

A device constructed by Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Forrestal of Argo Technologies, the Argo Harness was conceived as a peaceful tool, but with the potential of a destructive weapon. The mercenaries for hire known as Scorpio killed the Forrestals to get their hands on the Harness, but the scientists' daughter, Lieutenant Celia Forrestal, donned it and used it to avenge the deaths of her parents. She then chose to continue her crime-fighting as the superhero Skyrocket. When Skyrocket recently joined the Power Company, techno whiz Charlie Lau added some improvements of his own.

SPECIFICATIONS

The Argo Harness is an energy-transforming device that can absorb many kinds of energy, including heat, electromagnetism, and radioactivity, and convert it. Skyrocket normally utilizes this energy as bolts of heat, kinetic energy, or magnetic rays. She can also use the magnetism to fly. The Harness gets reloaded with virtually any kind of energy. An attack with fire, radioactivity or electric rays would only beef up its power.
