HISTORY
A clockmaker and detective from Budapest, Teljas has a great deal of technical skill. He came from Hungary to the USA, settling in Ivy Town, where Chronos attempted to steal some of his creations. Teljas helped the Atom defeat the crook on two occasions, earning the time-thief's ire. When Chronos attempted to kill both Anton and the Atom, they also encountered the Elongated Man and the three were able to work together to defeat Chronos once again. As far as is known, his life has been uneventful since that adventure.
