HISTORY

A young man who learnt all about military history from books at a military academy, then escaped and applied his knowledge on the streets of Gotham City, uniting numerous gangs in a ruthless quest to control the city. He was defeated by Batman, and has since tangled with Robin while working with Julie Caesar.
