HISTORY
500,000 years ago, the city-state of A'r'ven stood in a mountainous region of what is now South America. It was the home of the H'v'ler'ni, a race of beings who had created a highly advanced civilization while the rest of humanity remained at a primitive level. The H'v'ler'ni thrived in A'r'ven for ten centuries, until a sudden plague struck their civilization.
Twenty million of their race escaped death by leaving Earth, while the rest of the survivors transferred their minds into a giant robotic body, the Host, who lay dormant for millennia. In recent years, Host awakened and battled Superman in an effort to take over Earth civilization. In the battle, Host's body short-circuited and was destroyed.
