HISTORY

A nomadic alien race who move from world to world like locusts, stripping it of its natural resources and moving on. They recently settled on a planet which appeared to fight back and was eventually revealed to be Mogo, former Green Lantern. When Mogo offered them an idyllic existence they moved on.
