HISTORY

The first L.E.G.I.O.N.naires were former members of the Cairn police force, following the takeover of the planet by Vril Dox. As the reputation of the organization grew and more worlds subscribed to its security services, L.E.G.I.O.N. tapped on recruits from its client worlds.
