Synopsis: - Star City is under a form of demonic martial law - no stealing, no brawling, no law-breaking, or huge demonic beings will appear, and they'll kill you. Nobody can escape the city, and with the power out, it's becoming harder and harder not to 'steal' food to stay alive. People outside the city can do nothing to help, so Green Arrowmust help organise efforts to keep people safe and must also find out who summoned the demons. His answer, from the Riddler, is that it was Albert Davis, a millionaire with a tragic need to keep the city safe. The two Green Arrows take a look at his mansion, and find that it is surrounded by the demons. They're going to need help.
