Synopsis: - The Riddler makes his presence in Star City very obvious, pulling off a number of high-profile stunts, which his employer Albert Davis is not impressed with at all. He simply wanted to obtain certain occult artefacts and have attention diverted from him. Meanwhile, Green Arrow and Mia Dearden reach an understanding when Arrow decides to be honest with Mia about cheating on Black Canary. But then the Riddler's latest riddle appears, and it becomes clear that he has possession of an A-bomb...
